Why This Workshop?

Today’s workplaces often include up to four generations working side by side, each with distinct expectations and communication norms. Left unaddressed, these differences can lead to misunderstanding, disengagement or conflict.

This workshop, delivered by The State of Play, supports teams in developing inclusive communication practices that strengthen intergenerational collaboration. Participants engage in creative, interactive exercises that explore workplace habits, communication preferences, values and identity across generations. Generational differences are not just discussed – they are transformed into opportunities for empathy, innovation and alignment.
