Anna Pelekanos
I would describe myself as a colourful person, having explored many paths. My birthplace and travels gave me a glimpse into the human spirit across cultures, leaving me with one guiding principle: ‘Treat others as you wish to be treated.’
My education and professional journey include a Joint Honours Degree in Drama/English Literature (UK), followed by roles as an English teacher, Account Executive in Marketing & Advertising, and later as a business owner, running London shoe stores, a children’s Drama School, and a creative summer camp.
These experiences shaped my adaptability, resilience, and appreciation for collaboration, which I now bring to my role as a facilitator of corporate training at The State of Play. I believe the power of communication through playful workshops can help bridge gaps among multicultural teams, while soft skills like adaptability and collaboration learned through reflective coaching keep that bridge strong.

At the heart of my work is a simple truth: people thrive when they feel connected, valued, and inspired. I help organisations build cultures where individuals can grow, contribute fully, and shape a meaningful future together through corporate training and coaching. For me, well-being, creativity, and collaboration aren’t side benefits; they’re core drivers of performance and growth.
With over 25 years of experience as a facilitator, consultant, and coach, I’ve partnered with companies across industries to design and deliver evidence-based practices with a creative edge and multi-cultural workshops that encourage empathy.
My approach integrates movement, expression, communication, and music, unlocking new levels of clarity, confidence, and connection.
I deliver leadership development and cultural transformation initiatives that help organisations in Cyprus thrive, individually and collectively.
