About the workshop

Why This Workshop?

This workshop is designed to help teams strengthen their creative and innovative mindset for problem-solving. Innovation is unlocked by creating space for participants to think differently, explore unexpected connections and break free from conventional patterns.

They then apply structured innovation techniques including Mind Mapping, Morphological Analysis and the SCAMPER method to real-world business challenges. Whether launching a new project or seeking to improve internal processes, this workshop provides the spark and structure needed to drive change.
