Anna Pelekanos
I would describe myself as a colourful person, having explored many paths. My birthplace and travels gave me a glimpse into the human spirit across cultures, leaving me with one guiding principle: “Treat others as you wish to be treated.”
My education and work life include a Joint Honours Degree in Drama/English Literature (UK), followed by roles as an English teacher, Account Executive in Marketing & Advertising, and later as a business owner – running London shoe stores, a children’s Drama School, and a creative summer camp.
If asked, I’d say my greatest achievement is raising five relatively sane children. That experience shaped my adaptability, resilience, and appreciation for collaboration – qualities I bring to every role. I believe the Power of Play and Communication can bridge the universe, but it is adaptability and collaboration that keep that bridge strong and carry it forward.

Rebecca Raftis
At the heart of my work is a simple truth: people thrive when they feel connected, valued, and inspired. I help organisations build cultures where individuals can grow, contribute fully, and shape a meaningful future together. For me, well-being, creativity, and collaboration aren’t side benefits; they’re core drivers of performance and growth.
With over 25 years of experience as a facilitator, consultant, and coach, I’ve partnered with companies across industries to design and deliver evidence-based practices with a creative edge.
My approach integrates movement, expression, communication, and music, unlocking new levels of clarity, confidence, and connection.
I deliver training, team development, and cultural transformation initiatives that help organisations thrive – individually and collectively.
