The Launch Lab is typically delivered as a half-day or full-day session, depending on your goals and group size. As an innovation sprint workshop, the format is designed to be focused and time-efficient, helping teams in Cyprus move from idea to solution within a structured timeframe.

The workshop works best with groups of around 12–40 participants, allowing for meaningful collaboration while maintaining energy and pace. For larger teams, we can adapt the format into a collective innovation workshop with multiple groups working in parallel.

No detailed preparation is required. Our facilitators guide the full experience, from problem framing to solution development. If helpful, we may align on a real business challenge in advance to ensure the team innovation sprint and corporate pitch training are relevant and immediately applicable.

The workshop, often conducted in Cyprus, is designed to be accessible to all levels, regardless of experience. Through structured facilitation and methods drawn from design thinking practices, participants contribute in different ways, from idea generation to problem framing and pitching, ensuring everyone adds value.
